# How to plan a brand workshop

A brand workshop in India is a session where guests learn a skill with the product in their hands, and can be invited to the next one. Touch Wood Studio produces workshops as community gatherings. The first session needs 4 to 6 weeks. After that, the series can run monthly.

## What to decide first

- The skill: what a guest can do at the end that they could not do at the start
- Who sits down, and how many seats
- Whether this is one session or a series
- The city, and the date of the first session
- The host: someone who can teach the skill, and who fits the brand

The free 30-minute call covers the brand, the audience, the timing, and the budget. The studio shares a first idea on the call. A concept and a budget range follow within a week. [Book the call](https://calendar.app.google/YeXSJKNu9CUJjTgu9).

## What the session is for

A supper club is a table people return to. A brand workshop is a skill people return to. The product is the tool of the session, so the memory is tied to using it.

The same production covers both: one producer, a guest list, styling, and a report. The host and the lesson change with the brief.

Good fits from the studio's own brief: membership brands, hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle labels.

## What Touch Wood Studio handles

- Guest curation: press, creators, and the community the brand wants in the room

- Photo and video capture, plus a results report within two weeks

One producer stays from the first call through the report. [Meghana Kondury](https://www.touchwoodstudio.co/about.md) stays on the project. The budget is set after the call.

## How long to allow

Allow 4 to 6 weeks for the first brand workshop. A monthly series is planned from that first session. A tighter date depends on the venue, the host, and the guest list.

## What happens after you book

1. Book the call. Thirty minutes, at no cost, on Google Meet with Meghana Kondury.
2. Get a concept, a format, and a budget range.
3. The studio produces the host, the guest list, the styling, and the session itself.
