Touch Wood Studio is an events studio in India. Meghana Kondury is its founder. For personal data collected through this website, the studio decides why that data is used and how it is handled. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the studio is the Data Fiduciary.

## How to make a request

Write to touchwoodstudio.co@gmail.com to withdraw consent, correct or delete information, ask for a summary of what the studio holds, or raise a grievance. Sending that email is enough. The studio responds within ninety days, and sooner where it can.

## What the site processes

- Opening a page: the host, Vercel, Inc., receives the IP address, browser and device type, page address, date and time, and referring page, to deliver the page, keep the site available, and protect it from abuse. Vercel may process this outside India, including in the United States.
- Booking the discovery call: the form is the studio's Google Calendar form. It collects the details needed to hold the call, usually name, email address, the time chosen, and any note. Purpose: schedule the 30-minute call, send the video link, prepare, and follow up. Google may process it outside India, including in the United States. The call is on Google Meet.
- The Patron's Lounge is not open. The site does not create an account and does not collect a password.

The site does not sell personal data, does not use it for third-party advertising, and does not ask for payment card numbers, Aadhaar numbers, or other government identity numbers.

## Children

This website is for adults arranging an event. The studio does not knowingly process a child's personal data. If you are under 18, do not book a call and do not send personal data to the studio.

## Rights

Under the Act, a person may ask for a summary of the personal data and the processing, the identities of others it has been shared with, correction or completion, erasure unless the law requires the studio to keep it, a response to a grievance, and nomination of another person to exercise these rights.
