What to bring to the call
- The product, and what a guest should do with it
- The audience, and who must be in the room
- The cities, and the dates the brand is hoping for
- The format you think fits, if you have one
- Any constraint on venue, build, or how the product can be shown
The call itself is free. There is no obligation to go ahead. The studio shares a first idea on the call. Book the call.
What moves the range
The studio scopes a budget after the call, because the range depends on the goal in front of it. These are the decisions that move it.
- Format. A twelve-seat supper club and a launch for several hundred guests are both in the studio's range. They are different productions.
- Days open. A single night and a multi-day pop-up do not share a build, a staff plan, or a permit path.
- The room itself. Venue, permits, styling, and fabrication are part of the production. A host space and a built installation change the range.
- Who must be there. Guest-list work, press invitations, and creator seeding are in the production when the brief needs them.
- What has to be captured. Photo and video, plus a results report within two weeks, are included. A heavier content plan changes the crew.
- The clock. Most events suit 6 to 8 weeks. A date inside the usual lead time for that format changes what is possible, and the range that goes with it.
A change in dates, guest count, city, or build is what moves the range after the concept.
Lead times behind the range
| Format | Lead time |
|---|---|
| Pop-ups and brand activations | 8 to 12 weeks |
| Launches and PR events | 6 to 10 weeks |
| Community gatherings | 4 to 6 weeks for the first, then monthly |
| Immersive experiences | 10 to 14 weeks |
Large launches and touring pop-ups need 12 weeks or more.

What should a brand send before the call?
Send the product, the audience, the cities and dates you are hoping for, and what a guest should do in the room. The call can start from that.
What is included once a project is booked?
One producer. Venue, styling, suppliers, the guest list, and the day itself, scoped to the format. A results report within two weeks. Founder Meghana Kondury stays on the project.
What changes the range after the concept?
A change in dates, guest count, city, or build. The range is tied to the goal, the format, and the scale.
