Let's plan your next event

Step one takes about thirty seconds.

Before you book

Anything else, ask us on the call. That's what it's for.

What happens on the call?

We'll ask about your brand, your audience, your timing and your budget, then share a first idea or two. By the end you'll know whether we're the right fit.

What budgets do you work with?

Every project is scoped to its goal, from an intimate dinner to a multi-day activation. After the call we send a budget range with options at different levels, so you choose before committing to anything.

How far ahead should we book?

Six to eight weeks suits most events; large launches and touring pop-ups need twelve or more. Tighter dates are sometimes possible. Tell us yours and we'll be honest about what it allows.

What size of event can you produce?

Anything from a twelve-seat supper club to a launch for several hundred guests. The format follows your goal, not the other way round.

Do you handle press and creators too?

Yes. Guest lists, press invitations, creator seeding and the content plan are part of the work, so the night keeps travelling after it ends.

Where do you work?

Wherever your audience is. We produce in our home city and travel for the right project, with travel costed into the plan up front so there are no surprises.

What do you need from us?

A goal, a rough date and one point of contact. We take care of venue, suppliers, styling, staffing, guests and the run-of-show.

Can you work alongside our agency?

Yes. We often slot in next to creative, PR or media agencies and own the physical piece end to end, sharing timelines and assets as we go.
